Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Risehai collects when you use the product or visit this site, why we use it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We do not sell personal data, and your creative work stays yours.

1. What we collect

Account data includes your name, email address, password hash, sign-in sessions, and verification or password-reset records. Project data can include files, layered documents, document commands, installed fonts, and generated or edited images. Agent data includes session messages, questions, tool activity, direct receipts, and the technical state needed to resume a turn safely.

We also keep subscription, credit, transaction-reference, security, error, and service logs needed to operate and protect the product. If you join the waitlist or contact us, we keep the details you send.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, store and render your work, provide requested agent, font, and image operations, keep durable conversations and receipts, administer subscriptions and credits, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and answer support requests. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Cookies and analytics

This marketing site sets no cookies. Its analytics count visits without advertising profiles. The product app uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure your account. Neither surface carries advertising cookies.

4. Service providers and international processing

Providers process data only for the role needed to serve you: cloud hosting and storage, AI inference for agent requests, image processing for image requests, email delivery, traffic measurement, font retrieval, and payment administration. Payment details are collected by the merchant of record; we do not receive your full card number. These services may process request data, content, identifiers, and IP addresses in the United States or other countries where they operate. Ask us at hello@risehai.com for the current list.

5. AI and your content

Content needed for an agent or image request is sent to the configured provider to perform that request. We do not use your content to train models, and we require our providers not to train on it for their own purposes.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep account and project data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Security, billing, and legal records may be kept longer where necessary. Deleted data can remain for a limited time in protected backups or provider systems before their normal deletion cycles complete. We do not promise a fixed retention period where the product does not enforce one.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, receive, or delete your personal data. Write to hello@risehai.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records the law requires. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, account credentials are hashed, and access is scoped to the service role that needs it. No service can promise perfect security; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as required and explain what happened plainly.

9. Children

The service is for professional use and is not directed at children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes and contact
